At Keystone Human Services (KHS), we are committed to protecting the privacy and the security of the information provided to us by donors and visitors and assuring a high level of trust, respect and privacy of each individual who interacts with us on the KHS website. Online Donations
The goal of KHS is to forge long-term partnerships with our donors, family members, and funding partners. Your donations make KHS’s work possible and we value and appreciate the trust that accompanies your support. The information you provide is stored in a secure location and protected by extensive security procedures. Your Information will never be sold, rented or distributed to a third party, but may be used to inform you about programs and unmet needs in the areas we are involved with. However, you have the right to opt out of receiving such communications at any time and KHS will promptly remove your name from our mailing and email lists.

KHS is an IRS approved 501(C)3 tax exempt organization and our IRS Form 990 can be accessed via the internet at www.Guidestar.org. How we use the information you provide Keystone
We may use the information you provide to send you news and information about KHS and our services. When you register online we may ask you to give us contact information (such as your name and email address) and geographic information (such as your zip code and state). We may ask you to tell us how you would like to help KHS. We may use this information to send you materials about KHS and to help match your interests to campaign activities. If you provide your phone number, we may call or text you.

When you sign up for our mailing and email lists
We will use your email address to send you news and updates about the programs at KHS.  You may remove your email address from our lists by emailing us at [email protected]. For systems administration and troubleshooting purposes, we log IP addresses, or the location of your computer network on the Internet. We also may use IP addresses in the aggregate to track which pages people visit in order to improve the quality of the site. We do not use this data to develop profiles of individual visitors to our website.

KHS does not use any third-party advertising companies to serve advertisements on our behalf.

How we protect your information
At KHS we put forth every effort to ensure the security and privacy of the information that you share with us online.  KHS implements reasonable physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect the security and confidentiality of your personal information. Our website has high level security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of the information under our control.   When you contribute online, we use industry leading security and encryption protocols to protect your credit card number and other personal information during transmission and storage. 

Choice/Unsubscribe
We provide you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from KHS.  Email us at [email protected]. Our unsubscribe requests are processed weekly.

You can opt-out of SMS/MMS messages at any time. Reply “STOP” to any SMS message or contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.

Correcting Your Information

If you need to change your email address, you can unsubscribe from our mailing list and sign up again using your new information.
