KHS developed and implemented a Code of Conduct which serves as the cornerstone of our Compliance Program, establishing the ethical principles that rule our business and guide us to make the right choices. All KHS members, trustees, officers, employees, contractors, and agents are required to observe the Code of Conduct, abide by our legal and regulatory compliance policies, and conduct their activities in an ethical manner.
