Robin A. Pifer

Robin A. Pifer is an accomplished supply chain and operations leader with more than a decade of experience in distribution, inventory management, production planning, and logistics within the consumer-packaged goods and food industries. She currently serves as Manager III, Distribution Services/Inventory Operations at The GIANT Company.

In her role, Robin leads multiple operational departments within a high-volume distribution center, overseeing inventory control, audit functions, and cross-functional coordination between distribution, transportation, and retail operations. She plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, and continuity across complex supply chain systems.

Robin has a proven track record of driving process improvements, leading cost-saving initiatives, and supporting large-scale operational transitions. Her leadership has contributed to enhanced delivery performance, waste reduction strategies, and strong employee engagement across teams.

Prior to joining The GIANT Company, Robin held several leadership roles at Church & Dwight, where she managed supply chain teams, supported manufacturing operations, and implemented systems to optimize inventory and production workflows.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and has received multiple industry recognitions for her leadership and impact, including honors as a top woman in grocery and supply chain excellence.
