Krystle Fredericksen joined the Mainstay Life Services Board of Directors in 2026.

Krystle is Senior Vice President and Enablement Strategy Lead at BNY Global Payments & Trade, where she partners with executive leadership to align data and analytics strategy with business performance goals to advance digital transformation initiatives. Her work includes enabling modern analytics and generative AI capabilities and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Before BNY, Krystle held progressive leadership roles at Alaska Communications—including Director of Data Architecture and Senior Manager of Corporate Analytics—where she modernized cloud data and analytics architecture, implemented enterprise data governance, and enabled AI-powered insights across business units.

Her professional focus on data modernization, governance, and AI enablement will be engaged at Mainstay to help translate complex technology into accessible, person-centered solutions that help people with diverse abilities thrive, improving outcomes while safeguarding privacy and trust.

Krystle holds an M.S. in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University and dual B.S. degrees in Mathematics and Mathematics Education from North Carolina State University.
