Julie Trogner

Julie Trogner is the Broker/Owner of Trogner Commercial, which opened its doors in 2014. She has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience in leasing, acquisition, disposition, site selection, and investment sales with a focus on the Central PA region. Her experience includes office, flex, and industrial properties.

Prior to Trogner Commercial, Julie served as an Associate Broker and agent at JLL, RSR Realtors, and NAI/Commercial Industrial Realty.

Her Tenant Representation/Buyer Representation clientele includes Highmark and United Concordia, Linebarger, HDR, KPMG, Deloitte, Novitas, Liberty Property Trust, New York Life Insurance, Wesco, Xerox, Leidos, Troutman Pepper, Milton Hershey School, Whiting Turner, GrafiKontrol, Dermody Properties, and Serco. She has worked with institutional clients, large and small corporations, and local companies.

Julie plays an active role in the community. In addition to serving on the Keystone Service Systems Board, she is a member of the UPMC of Central Pennsylvania Women for Wellness Board and the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank Board.

Previously, she served as the Board Chair for the UPMC Pinnacle Foundation for eight years and was the Chair of the Women’s and Babies Capital Campaign for UPMC Pinnacle, raising money to build a new NICU and delivery wing for the hospital. She also served on the South Central Workforce Investment Board and the Harrisburg Young Professionals Board.
