Joseph E. Seibert is a Certified Public Account (CPA) with more than four decades of experience. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Houck Group, a specialty contractor, and was a Partner for twenty years in the Harrisburg, PA, office of KPMG. Joe served in the KPMG Audit and Advisory Practices and, in addition to serving his clients, was responsible for practice strategy, personnel, business development, and quality control for the local practice.
Joseph is proud to serve on the Keystone Human Services (KHS) Board. “KHS is a dynamic leader in the not-for-profit community, enhancing the lives of thousands of people. It is an honor to be serving such a forward-thinking organization.”
In his community service roles, Joseph is a past president of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and served on the Council of the AICPA. In addition to KHS, Joseph currently serves on the Board of Presbyterian Senior Living and the Audit Committee of the Delaware Public Employees Retirement System.
