Bryan Finney joined the Mainstay Life Services Board of Directors in 2025.

Bryan is a seasoned technology and business leader with more than 25 years of experience driving digital transformation, governance excellence, and strategic innovation across complex organizations. Currently serving as Chief Information Officer at Vector Security, Bryan leads enterprise-wide IT operations, cybersecurity, data analytics, and digital strategy—ensuring technology solutions align with and advance organizational goals.

A respected advisor to executive leadership and Boards of Directors, Bryan has held senior roles at Vector Security, Evoqua, FedEx Supply Chain, and Giant Eagle, where they led multi-million-dollar initiatives focused on IT modernization, enterprise risk management, and innovation management.

In addition to deep technical and strategic expertise, he brings a strong focus on governance and mission alignment. Bryan’s interest in joining the Mainstay Life Services Board reflects a deep personal commitment to service and to advancing a mission that empowers people and enhances lives. With a passion for leveraging technology to drive meaningful social impact, Bryan is eager to contribute his leadership experience and risk management insight to help support Mainstay’s continued growth and sustainability.

Bryan holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Clarion University, and has completed professional training programs at Penn State and Duquesne University.
