Robert Pangaro is a nonprofit leader, policy advocate, and operations executive with more than 20 years of experience advancing initiatives that support children, families, veterans, and underserved communities. His work spans public policy, education, nonprofit leadership, and community engagement at both the local and national levels.

Robert is widely recognized for his leadership in special education advocacy, where he has worked directly with legislators, school systems, and families to improve access and accountability. He has provided legislative testimony, influenced policy reform, and supported families navigating complex educational challenges.

In addition to his advocacy work, Robert has held executive leadership roles, including Chief Operations Officer at Boise State University’s College of Business & Economics, where he oversaw operations, compliance, and multimillion-dollar budgets. He has also led large-scale community initiatives, secured significant funding for underserved populations, and developed strategic partnerships across sectors.

A veteran of both the United States Army and Navy, Robert brings a strong foundation in leadership, service, and organizational governance. He continues to support mission-driven organizations through advisory and community roles.

Robert holds a PhD (ABD) in Public Policy & Administration, is currently completing his MBA, and earned his undergraduate degree in Communication with a focus on law and policy.
