Kris Weaver

Kris Weaver brings extensive experience in development, sales, and financing to his role as Vice President of Development for Keystone Human Services. He is responsible for creating and implementing KHS’s development plan, including designing, developing, and directing community-based development programs, and overseeing fundraising strategies and events, donor development, and capital campaigns. He also has oversight of KHS’s communications, ensuring consistent messaging that aligns with our mission through all communications channels.

Prior to joining KHS in April 2018, Kris served as Chief Development Officer at the American Red Cross, where he was responsible for the major gift and annual giving programs, as well as the strategic development of the Red Cross’s entire regional donor base.

Kris received his Bachelor of Arts from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA. He continues to serve on various boards and committees to support the nonprofit community and is a volunteer for the Freedom Area Recreational Council.
