Laura Tieman

Laura Tieman is the Chief Collaboration Officer, focusing on business development, interdisciplinary collaboration and structure, advancing KHS’s clinical and tactical initiatives, and fostering a culture of teamwork. She brings over 30 years of human services experience to her work.

Laura has demonstrated success in the areas of strategic planning, expansion of services, developing innovative new service models, consulting, project management, and routine oversight of programs and operations. She leads mission-driven growth and expansion efforts, building on the work of creating welcoming communities and changing lives.
