Kristine C. Saylor

Kristine (Kris) C. Saylor brings extensive finance experience to her role as Vice President of Finance for Keystone Human Services. Her responsibilities include Benefits and Compensation, ensuring our financial strategies support and enhance employee well-being.

She joined the Finance team in 2010 as the Regional Director of Finance and then Regional Controller, serving as a liaison between Operations and the Vice President of Finance. In 2018, she assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer of Keystone Service Systems and Keystone Autism Services. Over the past few years, her role has expanded to include all of Keystone Human Services.

Kris spent the first eighteen years of her career in the for-profit industry before becoming a Consulting Supervisor at a CPA firm, McKonly & Asbury. During those years, she provided services for various for-profit and nonprofit businesses in many different industries. Projects included high level analysis, forecasting, providing temporary Chief Financial Officer services, and more.

She graduated cum laude and received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Elizabethtown College in 2005. Kris is active in many of KHS’s advocacy groups, serving as co-chair of the Pennsylvania Advocacy and Resources (PAR) Fiscal Committee and Treasurer for the Ability Network of Delaware (A.N.D.).

She completed both the Community and Executive Leadership Series offered through Leadership Harrisburg. She previously served on the boards of Central Dauphin School District and Community Aid and is now Treasurer for the Panther Ram Foundation.
