Bob Bausinger is the Vice President of Operations, Risk Management, and Property Management. In addition, he oversees Capital Area Head Start and Susquehanna Service Dogs.
Bob began his career with Keystone Human Services in 2007 when he served as the Executive Director of Keystone Human Services in the North Central region. In 2012, he moved into the role of Director of what was then called Keystone Children and Family Services.
In 2014, he became the Regional Director for Keystone Human Services, with oversight of Capital Area Head Start, Susquehanna Service Dogs, and Property Management. He took over responsibility for Safety in 2022.
Before joining KHS, Bob served as the CEO of the Greater Susquehanna Valley YMCA, holding that position since 1994. Prior to that, he was the Physical Director at the Sunbury YMCA. Bob earned his bachelor’s degree from Lock Haven University.
