Throughout Joseph Rebarchak, Jr.’s more than 20 years in banking, he has worked with both small community and large international banks, with a strong belief in treating all customers with honesty and respect.
Joe has served on the Keystone Service Systems, Inc. Board for four years and believes that Keystone’s work is vital to healthy communities. For Joe, Keystone’s main focus has always been about providing a better life for people, whether through independent living arrangements for people with intellectual disabilities, assistance dogs through the Susquehanna Service Dogs program, or improved early childhood education through Capital Area Head Start. The mission of creating a community we can all be proud of is an endeavor that he will always support.
Joe graduated from Bloomsburg University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics. His wife, Jody Rebarchak, has served as Susquehanna Township Commissioner for over twelve years. Together, they have three wonderful children, Mallary, Joseph, and Sophia, and two grandchildren, Sally and Duke.
