$2,000 Hiring Incentive for Direct Support Professionals, $2,500 for Program Supervisors and Program Specialists (in PA)

Ready to start a career with Keystone Human Services and make a difference in people’s lives? We’re offering a $2,000 hiring incentive for Direct Support Professionals and $2,500 for Program Supervisors and Program Specialists within our Intellectual Disability Services in Pennsylvania.

You must complete an application between now and June 30, 2025 and successfully complete New Employee Orientation.

Hiring incentives will be paid out in three installments:

Direct Support Professionals

  • $500 after 90 days
  • $500 after 6 months
  • $1,000 after one year

Program Supervisors and Program Specialists

  • $500 after 90 days
  • $500 after 6 months
  • $1,500 after one year
