Keystone Human Services (KHS) is a non-profit organization that is a part of a global movement to provide support and expertise to people with disabilities.
With the support of the Adult Community Autism Program (ACAP), Zak has found employment as a bagger at Giant. He also goes out into the community more frequently, where he volunteers 2-3 times per week, depending on his work schedule.
He works with a team of Community Support Professionals who are supporting him to be independent.
“We were fortunate that ACAP was available,” says Zak’s mother. “We cannot ask for a better program.”
