Charles (Chuck) Sweeder began his career with Keystone Human Services in 2003 and has held various roles within Finance, including Controller, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance, and KHS Treasurer. In 2020, he assumed the role of Executive Vice President and expanded his leadership to include operational oversight of Key Human Services in Connecticut. In July 2021, he became the President and CEO of Keystone Autism Services and began overseeing Partnerships for People in New Jersey. In March 2022, Chuck was named President-Elect of Keystone Human Services and will serve as President and CEO upon Charles Hooker’s retirement in January 2023.
Chuck brings an extensive background to his leadership role in Keystone Human Services. He began his career in public accounting nearly 25 years ago at Price Waterhouse and has provided financial oversight and management of both large and small corporations locally, including Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff and Select Medical.
He received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Public Accountant. Chuck is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). He completed the 9-month long Community Leadership Series offered through Leadership Harrisburg.
