Charles (Chuck) Sweeder serves as the Executive Vice President for Keystone Human Services. In this leadership role, Chuck oversees KHS’s financial operations, safety program, and Key Human Services. He is responsible for developing financial plans and forecasts to meet the operating and strategic needs of the organization, as well as leading the strategic development and implementation of initiatives in the fiscal operations and internal policy development of Keystone.
Chuck brings an extensive background to his leadership role in Keystone Human Services. He began his career in public accounting nearly 25 years ago at Price Waterhouse and has provided financial oversight and management of both large and small corporations locally including Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff and Select Medical. From 2003 to 2010, Chuck served as the Controller for Keystone Human Services where he was responsible for ensuring the organization’s compliance with all governmental reporting requirements and internal controls.
He received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Public Accountant. Chuck is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). He currently serves as the Chair of the Fiscal Officer Roundtable for the Pennsylvania Advocacy and Resources for Autism and Intellectual Disabilities (PAR). He completed the 9-month long Community Leadership Series offered through Leadership Harrisburg.
