Rose Norton was appointed VP of Financial Planning and Analysis for TE Connectivity in July 2020. In this role, she is responsible for leading the development of TE’s operating and financial plan required to achieve the company’s strategic growth objectives, including ownership of corporate enterprise spend.
Rose joined TE in 2013 in the Industrial Solutions Segment, expanding her scope within two years to support mergers and acquisitions activity and received a promotion to Senior Manager. In 2016 she joined TE’s Aerospace & Defense business as Director, FP&A, progressing to Chief Financial Officer of the Connectors unit in 2019. Prior to joining TE, Rose held various Finance roles of increasing responsibility at Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Rose was appointed to the Keystone Human Services Board after serving for three years on the Keystone Service Systems, Inc., Board. She believes every person deserves the right to fully participate in their community and feel that they belong. She supports Keystone in its advocacy for global, inclusive communities and disability rights. In her role on the Board, she experienced amazing stories of the people Keystone supports and saw the critical role the organization plays in creating opportunity for an inclusive and better world.
Rose began her career as an auditor with KPMG. She holds an MBA from The Ohio State University, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Villanova University, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Rose and her husband Josh have two sons, Aidan and Dylan.
