Rocky Lalvani is the founder of Profit Comes First, which helps small business owners have a successful and more profitable business. Prior to founding the company, he worked in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry for many years.
Rocky has been a member of the Keystone Partnership Board since 2012. He believes strongly in Keystone’s role in giving back to the community by creating opportunities for growth, and in giving everyone equal opportunities to lead a meaningful and independent lifestyle, regardless of age or disability.
Rocky has volunteered with the Boy Scouts, coached a varsity high school boys’ soccer team, and led a robotics team to the FIRST world championships twice. He is also a member of the Knights of Columbus and enjoys karate. He earned his MBA from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Rutgers University. He and his wife Dolly currently reside in Harrisburg and have two children, Greeta and Tej.
