Dr. Kimberly Siegfried

Vice President, Clinical Services

Dr. Kimberly Siegfried serves as Keystone Human Services Vice President of Clinical Services. She has years of experience promoting positive behavior supports and inclusive practices for people with developmental disabilities and other complex needs, beginning her career in 2000.

Prior to her current role, she served as Clinical Director for Keystone Autism Services, where she provided education to clinical leads across the organization in the development of meaningful goals and objectives and data-informed decision-making. Dr. Siegfried provided training and consultation to service providers and community partners both nationally and abroad on clinical best practices to support people to fully participate and thrive in their communities.

Before joining Keystone Human Services in 2017, she was an Educational Consultant for the Pennsylvania Training and Technical Assistance Network, providing training, consultation, and technical assistance to local educational agencies in autism, inclusive practices, and positive behavioral interventions and supports (PBIS).

Dr. Siegfried obtained her doctorate in school psychology and a Master of Education in human development from Lehigh University.
