Ami Zumkhawala

Ami Zumkhawala is a senior healthcare executive with more than 15 years of experience leading strategic and operational transformations across healthcare systems, FQHCs, hospitals, and consulting firms. She currently serves as an Executive Advisor in healthcare consulting, helping C-suite leaders improve operations and align strategies with mission-driven goals. Previously, Ami served as Chief Operating Officer of Hamilton Health Center and as Managing Director at The Northridge Group. Her leadership background spans clinical operations, workforce development, facilities management, and enterprise change initiatives.

Ami holds MBA and MHSA degrees from Xavier University and a bachelor’s degree from Miami University. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (retired) and Certified in Healthcare Compliance. In addition to her role with Keystone Human Services International, she serves on the boards of the Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania and Leadership Harrisburg Area.
