KHS Celebrates the Work of Direct Support Professionals

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are at the heart of Keystone Human Services’ mission. Every day, they partner with people accepting our services, providing support for people to live more independently in their daily lives.

“DSPs lead with empathy,” said Chuck Sweeder, President and CEO of KHS. “They listen and get to know the people accepting KHS’s services. They provide support in big and small ways to ensure people are living their lives they want to live them. DSPs are role models, advocates, and partners. They’re our mission in action – helping to open opportunities for people to grow and fully participate in the community.”
