(Harrisburg, PA) January 10, 2023 – Keystone Human Services is pleased to announce a new organizational structure and operating model designed to support the vision and values of KHS. These current changes strengthen KHS’s future for the people we support, our employees, and their families.

The following title changes reflect our new structure:

Laura Tieman, Vice President of Operations and Business Development, including operational oversight of Keystone Autism Services

Laura previously served as the Vice President of Business Development. She joined KHS in 2020, bringing almost 30 years of experience in human services to her work.

Gregory Wellems, Vice President of Operations, including oversight for Intellectual Disability Services in Pennsylvania and Delaware, as well as Partnerships for People in New Jersey

Greg joined Keystone Human Services in 2018 as the Executive Director of Intellectual Disability Services in Pennsylvania and Delaware. He has 35 years of experience in human services and supporting people to live their desired lives in the community.

Robert Bausinger, Vice President of Operations, Risk, and Property Management, including oversight of Capital Area Head Start and Susquehanna Service Dogs

Bob has been with Keystone Human Services since 2007. His previous roles include Executive Director of Keystone Human Services in the North Central region, Director of the former Keystone Children and Family Services, and most recently the Regional Director for KHS.

Kristine Saylor, Vice President of Finance and Treasurer

Kris previously served as KHS’s Chief Financial Officer. She had joined the Finance team in 2010 as the Regional Director of Finance and later the Regional Controller.

Genevieve Fitzgibbon, President and CEO of Keystone Human Services International

Genevieve began her career with KHS in 2006. She has over two decades of experience in the development of innovative supports for people with intellectual disability and autism, as well as those who use mental health services. She most recently served as the Deputy Director of Keystone Human Services International.

Julie Rizzo, President, CEO, and Executive Director of Keystone Autism Services

Julie began as the Chief Operating Officer for Keystone Autism Services in 2017, with 21 years of experience in the health care industry. She moved into the role of Executive Director of KAS in 2019.

As a dynamic organization, KHS continually assesses and adapts to ensure we remain aligned with our mission to support people throughout their lifetime to exercise their rights and fully participate in all society has to offer.
