Charting the LifeCourse offers powerful tools to strengthen person-centered planning and make futures planning even more impactful. Join us as we explore how to facilitate effective and meaningful planning processes using the Charting the LifeCourse Framework to assist people to embark on the vision they hold for their life. \nCoffee and light morning refreshments will be available.
