DESCRIPTION:SRV Study Group: Life Sharing\nWe often pronounce service practices overwhelmingly “good” or “bad\,” yet the reality is more complex as any practice may offer both advantages and pitfalls for vulnerable people. SRV gives us a unique way to assess impact: spotting what helps people access the good things of life\, while revealing risks and shortcomings that could cause harm. \nThis study group series invites SRV-savvy folks to examine practices and discuss hopeful possibilities and worries together. \nThis six-session study group series is designed to explore common human service practices through the lens of Social Role Valorization (SRV). Throughout the series\, we’ll take a closer look at practices often labeled as “good” or “bad” and uncover the nuances – what truly helps people access the good things of life\, and what might unintentionally cause harm. Each session will provide context\, real-world examples\, and collaborative analysis\, giving us the chance to identify hopeful possibilities and safeguard against potential pitfalls. \nREGISTER
