DESCRIPTION:Tools for Change: Elements of a Person-Centered Planning Process\nPerson-Centered Supports are designed to overcome inertia\, and identify ways to enhance and expand a person’s emerging capacities. This workshop introduces participants to the principles and techniques of Person-Centered Planning.
