DESCRIPTION:April 8 & 19 \nTwo Part Series held via Zoom from 9:30am-12:30pm each day \nTools for Change: Designing and Implementing a Person Centered Planning Process \nPerson- Centered Supports are designed to overcome inertia\, and identify ways to enhance and expand a person’s emerging capacities. This workshop introduces participants to the principles and techniques of Person Centered Planning.
